lovely furnishing fabulous bed nice breakfast small pool cold pool loud cleaner
My room was super clean with lovely furnishing. The bed was fabulous, I slept really well (a rare thing for me!). The breakfast was nicer than anticipated. There were many options.
The pool is deceiving. It's super cold and really small. There are like three seats for the entire pool area, which isn't enough for the number of guests. I also found the cleaners in the hallway super loud in the morning, playing music.

central location helpful service rooftop bar comfy bed
the location was central, placing me near many shops and restaurants. the staff offered helpful service throughout my stay. i appreciated the rooftop bar and its beautiful atmosphere, i watched live matches at the 9th floor and really enjoyed the atmosphere in the sport bar. the bed in my room was super comfy with nice pillows.
The gym music was quite loud. It could be heard from my room at times.

the hotel is situated on gran via, next to many stores, cafeterias, and restaurants. i noticed a lot of shopping possibilities, and the cultural experiences were diverse. its central location makes it easy to reach different places.

warm staff clean room thoughtful touch
The staff greeted me warmly and offered assistance with my luggage. the room was clean and cozy, a cute retreat after a day of exploration. i liked the extra water provided in the fridge. It was a thoughtful touch.
the walls in the coffee machine area were splashed with stains. it didn't ruin my stay, but addressing it would enhance the overall experience
